All products are made to order, and production typically begins within 2-7 business days. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping

Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and a description of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
- Non-Damaged Returns: Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are damaged or defective. Please review the product details and size charts carefully before making a purchase.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at the time of order.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as a printing error or damage during shipping, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
